This Staff Spotlight shines the light on Leroy Douglas, our First Community Bank Bus Driver of the Month!

Leroy has been driving a bus for Nettleton for the past 11 years and has made a lasting impact on our Raider family. When asked what he loves most about his job, Leroy shared, “The supervisors, other drivers, and bus aids working together which makes me feel like one of the family.”

When asked what #RaiderPride means to him, Leroy said, “Raider Pride makes me feel like we are contributing to the future of our community. I’m proud to be a small part of the progress that is being made.”
