Bell to Bell, No Cell Act

Attention NPS Families!

A reminder that the “Bell to Bell, No Cell Act” (Arkansas Law SB142) will go into effect for all public schools starting with the 2025-2026 school year.

This law means students cannot have cell phones or other personal electronic devices in their possession during the school day — from the time they arrive at school until dismissal, including during lunch and recess.
